Description

Craig received his massage training from Bryan College and is a member at the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Through his past and present athletic activities, Craig understands the importance of being pain free to achieve peak performance. In his treatments, Craig uses a variety of techniques to help achieve his client's goals. Some techniques he uses are myofascial trigger point release, passive stretching and joint mobilization. All of these techniques decrease pain/discomfort, increase mobility and improve day to day functions.
