Description
Meghana holds a diploma in Massage therapy from National Institute in 2018 and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2019. She is also a member of Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario. She has experience doing assessments, swedish massage, trigger-point therapy, fascial release techniques, soft tissue release techniques and exercise prescription. She believes in both passive and active treatment to help her patients recover faster and get back to their functions. She believes in continuing education and plans to take on courses in future.
