Description
Mavis is a graduate of The Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. During her studies she worked with patients with conditions such as arthritis, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia and sports related injuries. Mavis utilizes a variety of modalities during treatment, including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilizations, active/passive stretching and deep tissue therapy. Mavis’s clinical interests reside in neurological conditions and sports massage in providing treatment that is safe and effect for her patients.
