Nina Rae Cruz is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated at Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (CCMH). She has always had a passion for helping others and she feels massage therapy is one of the best ways to help promote healing throughout the body by the use of various massage techniques. She practices Swedish massage, fascial release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic massage, stretching and more! Applying different techniques with each treatment will help decrease pain and stress and encourage relaxation both physically and mentally.
