Michelle graduated from the massage therapy program and became licensed in 2015. Michelle has taken extra courses, including cupping, fluidity of fascia, Clinical Methodology and assessment courses. She believes in injury prevention by not pushing her body beyond its limits. As a self care tip, she recommends everyone strengthen their muscles, preventing aches and pains that lead to potential injuries.
