Worst experience ever! The exact opposite of gentle and polite. Directly breathed heavily towards my back, my face... multiple times. Told her that I'd like to focus on calves, they didn't listen at all. Very rough when they were tucking the sheet, putting down your limbs... even scratched the skin of my side body. When they were rubbing my neck, they pulled my hair together, I lost quite a bunch of my hair with extreme pain... Made all kinds of noises, and talked very lound and rude when they communicated with me. Overall, an awful experience! A very rude person who does not know massage etiquette. Not a massage therapist material at all.
