My name is Robert De Castro and I am proud to be a recent graduate of Sutherland Chan School of Massage Therapy. Prior to attending Sutherland Chan, I graduated from York University with a bachelor of science degree in Kinesiology. Spending most of my life playing sports at a high level, I have had my fair exposure to sports injury and recovery and have always pushed myself to increase my performance through exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients feel better living their day-to-day lives.
