Over 20 years' experience and training. Jacques' mission is to improve a person's mental and physical state by reducing anxiety, stress and muscular tension. Jacques is a member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes and the Lymphedema Association of Quebec. Modalities: * lymphatic drainage for surgical follow-ups and lymphedema (decongestion and bandaging), * deep tissue, * shiatsu, * sports massage with stretching, * therapeutic massage, *reflexology, *craniosacral, *therapeutic cupping
