Tina Hopkins is a registered massage therapist who graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Eastern College in St. John's. She has spent years working in a therapeutic setting with a focus on injuries both MVA and other. She has training and experience in both therapeutic and relaxation massage, such as: hot stone massage, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, joint mobilizations and myofascial techniques.
