John provides Massage Therapy treatments with comfortable controlled deep pressure incorporating stretches when required. He is a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy program in 2012. His customized treatment plans are formulated for each individual. Postural issues, overuse injuries, lower back pain, sports massage, pre-natal massage, stress relief, issues due to aging are some of the issues John can address. Treatments are executed incorporating various approaches gathered over years of experience, training with mentors, and extensive continuing education.
