Barbara is a graduate of Sutherland Chan and has been with Massage Addict since 2014. Barbara believes in therapist-client cooperation to obtain the best outcome. Barbara's pressure is gentle to moderate, best suited for clients seeking a more gentle relaxing treatment. Her techniques include Swedish, Passive Isometric Release, Positional Release, Trigger Point compressions, and Fascial Release. She also believes in remedial exercise and general self care.
