Anilet graduated with honours in 2021 in Toronto, Ontario. She is a registered member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Newfoundland & Labrador (CMTNL). Anilet is well trained in therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage and hot stone massage to prevent pain and physical dysfunction. Her treatment includes Swedish massage techniques, Myofascial release, Trigger point therapy, Joint mobilization, Cross fiber friction, Remedial exercises, and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) techniques. She is continuously seeking courses to upgrade her knowledge.
