Description
The passion to help others recover, as well as to teach and educate people to reach their goals, led Ian to Massage Therapy. A 2017 Graduate of Medix College, Ian uses his expertise in Swedish massage, Deep-tissue massage and trigger point therapy to treat postural imbalances to relieve or decrease muscle tension in the body. When Ian is not focused on prevention, rehabilitation and education for his clients he can be found focussing on his own health and fitness at the gym or playing a myriad of sports including basketball, golf and volleyball.
