Adam is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Humber College in 2018. Due to his interest in the human body and natural health care, he had an aspiration to become a Massage Therapist and strives to help people improve their quality of life through massage and stress relief. Adam specializes in deep tissue, Swedish massage and trigger point release. He is also experienced in providing appropriate remedial exercises, guiding clients on how to manage their pain in-between treatments.
