Description
Kate-Lyn graduated with distinction from the 2200 hour massage therapy program at Eastern College in June of 2021. She is a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists as well as the Association of New Brunswick Massage Therapists. Along with Swedish Massage and deep tissue, Kate-Lyn incorporates passive stretching to help release muscular tension and increase range of motion. She also encourages at-home self-care therapy through stretching and strengthening exercises.
