This was the worst massage I ever received. The RMT was not very communicative, he barely said any words to me.  I explained that I was there due to a muscle strain injury and that I was in extreme pain.I had to ask several times for him to reduce the pressure because it was very painful.  He barely acknowledged this even though I made verbal, non-verbal and direct clear statements that the pressure was very painful. He barely let up the pressure, and he never explained anything about the massage or his approach based on my muscle strain - I'm used to RMT's providing some feedback.He was sniffling and coughing throughout the treatment, at one point he left the room unexplained for several minutes.After the massage all he said was we are finished for today and walked out of the room.He was not waiting outside afterward to ask me how I felt.  I am used to the RMT waiting outside the door, often with a glass of water - none of this happened,  I never saw him again after the massage.
