Shilah uses various techniques and perfect pressure to help relieve my muscle tension. She provides me with stretches and exercises after each visit to target my problems areas. She is amazing at being able to find exactly where the culprit to my pain is.

Shilah is very good and flexible at her job. She adjusts her routine to meet her client's needs at time of service. She is able to identify exactly where to apply pressure, how deep and for how long so client feels almost immediate relief after each session.
