John Paul is a graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. John Paul specializes in deep tissue work, using strength and precision to help relieve the pain and tension. He is also happy to provide treatments that promote relaxation, circulation, and repair. John Paul also has an extensive background in martial arts and strength training. Working with athletes for many years has given him a very good understanding of human kinetics.
