Kyle graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2017. His app approach is to identify what is causing the client's primary complaint. He then works with clients to find repetitive daily actions that may be affecting them and find ways to prevent further damage. He provides stretching and strengthening exercises that fit into your schedule to help improve posture, range of motion, and to decrease pain and muscle soreness.
