I graduated from Eastern College Halifax completing the 2 year massage therapy program. Being the last generation of the Baby Boomer population, personal pain management became more important to me. I’ve always had a connection to the older generation, growing up in a small community. Many in this generation believe, muscle aches and pain, was just a part of growing old. To just push thru the muscle aches and pain. I realized when I first experienced massage, that this was not the case. Massage, has in the last 2 years, helped me personally deal with my own muscular and joint pain.
