Description
Lisa is a 2014 graduate with honors of the 2200 hour Massage Therapy program at CCMH Halifax. She believes that we achieve our best health state when we consider our bodies from a holistic and preventative perspective. Her particular therapeutic interests are in postural rehabilitation, disorders of the TMJ and in running related musculoskeletal concerns. Lisa holds specialty certificates in TMJ treatment, basic manual lymphatic drainage, cupping therapy, Indian head massage and jade stone therapy.
