Description
Carrie has been a Massage Therapist since spring of 2021, after graduating with distinction from trIOS College in Kitchener, Ontario, and was a registered member of the CMTO in Ontario before relocating to Nova Scotia to be closer to family. As an RMT, Carrie has had the privilege of caring for clients of all ages and from all walks of life. She uses a medium to deep pressure and combines General Swedish Massage techniques with fascial release, trigger point therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation.
