Anita is highly skilled in therapeutic deep tissue massage, as well as myofascial cupping, trigger point therapy, stretching and neuromuscular therapy. She is comfortable and trained to provide prenatal massage. She also offers a soothing hot stone massage, for anyone who needs to relax and take away that stress.
