Before getting into massage therapy, I worked as a personal trainer and physiotherapy aide while completing my Bachelors of Kinesiology at the University of Ottawa. My massage education at Fanshawe College ended in 2021, where I also competed on the Cross Country team, culminating in a national title. My passion for sport expands beyond running, as I am an elite triathlete who has raced and enjoys all distances from mixed relays to Ironmans. My massage therapy style revolves around treating injuries and conditions, but also includes some Swedish Massage relaxation techniques.
