Description
Lynn graduated from the rigorous 3000+ hr Registered Massage Therapy program at Kootenay Columbia College of Integrative Health Sciences in 2023. She was first introduced to massage when she learned Shiatsu in 2018. Since embarking on the path to become a RMT, her current approach now weaves in a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, deep tissue, Swedish relaxation and active release techniques. Lynn is led by genuine curiosity and enjoys treating a variety of body types and health conditions.
