Description
There are two facets about my work. After a certain time in my practice I observed that all my work is aimed at improving the way we move in this world. I always look ways to improve movements for all my clients. My goal is helping people move in a better way, easing movements for all what we do in daily life. The other facet, while being linked in a certain way, is calming the mind. Being stressed means having the muscles always "ready to go" ... I try to let you stop thinnking. Let me help you ...
