Maya Long has more than 6 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Maya has been working as a medical laboratory assistant in Vancouver General Hospital for 4 years and worked as a volunteer in Fair Haven Senior Center for 2 years. She always has passion for patient-centered treatment and will give personalized homecare after treatment. She is especially interested in improving postural balance, and treating upper back pain due to it. She likes to use Swedish relaxation massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization
