Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist after receiving her diploma for the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Fanshawe College. Sarah takes a holistic approach to her practice in identifying and treating dysfunction and pain in the soft tissues and joints of the body, tailoring individualized treatments. She uses a variety of techniques including relaxational massage, trigger point techniques, deep tissue massage, stretching and is trained in the use of cupping therapy. Sarah also prescribes preventative home care individualized to each client to ensure longer lasting results.
