Aaron Parnes is a caring Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. He Graduated from D’arcy Lane Institute in 2016 and has held a license since 2019. Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge as well as understanding to his career. He also believes in taking a holistic view to healthcare that includes coaching clients towards mindfulness, ergonomics, exercise and other practices that go beyond the massage table. His areas of focus include trigger points, tendonitis, postural imbalances, fascial restrictions, TMJ dysfunction, muscle tension
