Shelby is a recent grad of CDI South Surrey. Shelby has many hours at CDI college with over 330 direct clinical experience working with patients. With a background in the health profession as a Healthcare Assistant and Gym / Fitness Shelby wants to direct her focus to helping people with systemic and or sport injuries and conditions. During treatment she utilizes both manual and active techniques including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue therapy, neuromuscular facilitation remedial exercise and patient education in order to reach each patient's specific goals.
