She strives to find what is driving chronic pain or injury through assessment and treatment of fascial systems in the body. Kirsten enjoys accompanying clients to find greater ease of movement and discover the sources of pain. She also uses Cranial Sacral Therapy and integrates Swedish Massage into treatments to calm the nervous system and create well rounded treatments that are tailored to client’s diverse needs.
