Description
J.P. brings over 15 years of experience treating a variety of conditions from acute injuries to chronic pain. Treatments generally consist of Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy and Rehabilitative Exercise. Each session will be tailored to the individual and will aim to address both symptomatic relief, as well as explore the underlying causes of dysfunction. Providing empathic, client centred care, in a safe and comfortable environment is one of my primary objectives.
