It involves various techniques performed by registered massage therapists. Our massage therapists perform techniques using their hands, fingers, elbows, forearms, or specialized tools to apply pressure, knead, rub, or manipulate the body and its muscles and soft tissues. Massage therapy aims to alleviate physical and mental stress, reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, promote relaxation, and aid in the overall healing process.
