As a Massage therapist, Anna is trained in Swedish relaxation, as well as Clinical Orthopedic Massage, with additional training in Dynamic cupping, Advanced Biomechanical Craniosacral therapy and Visceral (organ) Manipulation. Anna can help you feel your best by integrating treatment based massage with swedish relaxation techniques to help release trigger points and work with the parasympathetic nervous system. When Anna is not working, she enjoys Running, Paddle boarding, travelling and spending time in nature or curled up with a good book.
