She has been trained in Swedish (Relaxation) Massage, Orthopedic Assessment, Therapeutic Massage, Cupping, Myofascial Release, TMJ, Lymphatic Drainage, Prenatal, and Deep Tissue Massage. She believes everything is connected and always aims to ensure every client gets the most out of their massage.
