I believe that our bodies have an immense capacity for strength, for healing, and for progressing when we maneuver it with respect and intention, and I believe that we are connected mind- body- spirit, that caring for one element intrinsically affects the whole. I chose massage to contribute my heart and skills to your intention. My focus is doing treatment therapies, working with chronic injuries, and working with clients for the prevention of injuries and the proper progression of post injury treatments.
