Christina has experience working with people having a vast array of injuries, both athletic and non. She believes in a holistic approach to therapy, and she then maintains that movement with a prescribed exercise program.

In her spare time, you can find Christina cheering on the Leafs and Blue Jays, or being active rock climbing, snowboarding, or playing soccer.
