essica has been practicing since graduating in Saskatchewan from the Professional Institute of Massage Therapy in 2008. Although her training was quite traditional, her style and approach are not as common. There’s been a belief going around for quite some time now and that mind and body are two separate things. She does not prescribe to this belief. In fact, quite the opposite. They go hand in hand to create whole-body well-being. She loves being able to share her knowledge of anatomy and the body’s systems with my clients.
