Dear neighbors: My name is Lan Luo, I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. I worked in Bedford and Dartmouth, Nova Scotia in 2021, but I came back from NS due to family reasons. I love my RMT job because I am very good at taking care of people. I took many continuing education courses to strengthen my massage skills such as head, neck, shoulder deep facia work, dealing with migraine, and cupping therapy. I perform general Swedish and musculotendinous massage techniques plus cupping or Guasha therapies to increase circulation, relaxation, reduce pain, and improve joint ROM.
