Paris graduated from the Massage Therapy program at Bryan College. Her clinical training equipped her with a variety of treatment modalities such as myofascial release therapy, proprioceptive neurofacilitation therapy, hydrotherapy, as well as deep tissue, Swedish, pre and post natal massage techniques and more. Her speciality being deep tissue and aromatherapy treatments. In her free time, Paris enjoys practicing pilates, yoga and meditation to continue facilitating her personal wellness journey.
