When booking in a treatment with Breann, her focus is going to be on you! Her compassionate, holistic approach blends with her therapeutic knowledge and the natural healing power of the human body. Breann is passionate about fascia release. Fascia is a thin connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, nerve fibre and muscle in place. Fascial adhesions can form due to many things including - trauma, injury, surgery, poor posture, or inactivity - to name a few, and Breann’s techniques have proven to make a significant difference in these adhesions.
