Breann is passionate about fascia release. Fascia is a thin connective tissue that surrounds and holds every organ, blood vessel, nerve fibre and muscle in place. Fascial adhesions can form due to many things including - trauma, injury, surgery, poor posture, or inactivity - to name a few, and Breann’s techniques have proven to make a significant difference in these adhesions.
