Melody believes that wellness is a lifelong journey, extending well beyond physical health. For as long as she can remember, she was deeply fascinated by the human body and mind, and how they interconnect. Her practice is centered on empathy and empowerment, providing the best possible treatment and care. This special interest encouraged her to become certified as a traditional herbalist. From there, massage was a natural hands-on progression for her to be of further service to others, graduating from Mount Royal University’s accredited massage therapy program in 2023.

Summary

Our mission was to create a place where everyone felt welcomed, and never wanted to leave. After all, our surroundings contribute a big part to our well-being, which are our top priorities here at La Palma Spa. Our treatment menu includes: therapeutic, wedish, sports, deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal, youth, lymphatic, myofascial release, thai yoga stretching techniques, cupping, hot stone and reflexology by RMTS.
