Jhana is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping others achieve long-term wellness. With a 2200-hour diploma from Mount Royal University and specialized training in sports massage and dynamic cupping, she works with clients to manage pain, recover from injuries, and improve overall well-being.

Jhana’s approach is holistic and client-focused, emphasizing comfort, communication, and long-term results. She works with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, from athletes to office workers, to help them achieve their wellness goals.

Summary

Our mission was to create a place where everyone felt welcomed, and never wanted to leave. After all, our surroundings contribute a big part to our well-being, which are our top priorities here at La Palma Spa. Our treatment menu includes: therapeutic, Swedish, sports, deep tissue and relaxation massages, prenatal and youth, lymphatic, cupping, hot stone, reflexology, acupuncture, facials and aesthetics.
