Whether you're seeking massage therapy to reduce pain and stiffness, recover from injury or maintain your physical/mental well-being, I aim to help you feel your best by listening to your concerns and providing a calm, supportive environment.

I use Swedish Massage Techniques ranging from relaxing to deep and intense. Treatments may include trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy and myofascial release. 

I have experience with prenatal massage, and provide a specialized massage table which allows for laying face-down during pregnancy.
