My name is Tanya Sabourin and I operate my business from my home since May 2001.
I am a Remedial Massage Therapist.
I have expanded my field of expertise over the years!
I have specialized in pre-natal & post-natal massage & pre-natal & post-natal fitness.
I teach baby/infant massage to parents.
I have done other training for massage (visceral work, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, acupressure...).
I coach & teach fitness classes, resistance training since 2003.
I am also a Therapeutic Touch practitioner (1996) & instructor (2006). I am a Reiki Master (2013).
