I am a passionate and caring therapist whose desire is to develop a lasting impact on her clients. Her focus is to help her clients achieve their goals of regaining optimal function, living a pain-free lifestyle, and educating her patients on their musculoskeletal health. I approach each massage treatment with a short assessment and combines relaxation, therapeutic and dynamic techniques. In addition, she encourages her clients to play an active role in their health to achieve longer-lasting results and provides home care following each session.
