Zack is a Registered Massage Therapist with a special interest in injury prevention and recovery. He received an athletic scholarship to compete in Division 1 NCAA Track & Field as a sprinter/jumper. He then graduated from the Centennial College Massage Therapy Program. Zack uses a variety of techniques including trigger point therapy, fascial techniques, rhythmic mobilizations, and remedial exercise to achieve patients' treatment goals. He also emphasizes the role relaxation can play in contributing to one’s mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
