Description
In 2019, Brianna graduated with honours from Algonquin College with an advanced diploma in Massage Therapy. As a registered massage therapist, Brianna uses deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, while incorporating exercises and movement into her treatments. Leading to improvements in function, performance, and overall quality of life. Growing up playing multiple sports, she discovered a passion for rehabilitation, fitness, and human performance. Brianna's main sport was gymnastics. When she’s not providing treatment, she shares her passion and knowledge of the sport
