Description
Sierra was introduced to the benefits of massage therapy as a young equestrian athlete, which sparked her passion for the profession. In 2021, she became a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to help clients achieve their musculoskeletal goals and improve their quality of life. A graduate of Mohawk College’s Massage Therapy program in Ontario, Sierra utilizes techniques like trigger point therapy, myofascial release, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, and stretching. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, hiking, snowboarding, and biking.
