Kelly has been personally involved with holistic and natural therapies for over 15 years. She completed her Bachelor of Science from York University and continued her studies to become a Registered Natural Health Practitioner with certifications in Thai Bodywork, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology. She further completed the Massage Therapy program at the Canadian College of Massage And Hydrotherapy becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. She maintains and enhances her skills with continuous personal research and studies alongside professionals from across the country.
